What You Will Learn

Cooking Class Description: Join us for a fun evening where we explore wine’s many culinary uses. You practice incorporating wine into a delicious three-course dinner.  First, you will create a sparkling wine-infused creamy butter sauce for perfectly seared scallops. Then, pair our chardonnay and pecorino for a wine-infused risotto. For the finale, you’ll accentuate dark chocolate truffles with our sparkling wine.

  • Once you are registered, you will be sent and email with your prep packet, shopping lists, pre-class prep guides as attachments in the email.  Use the shopping list to gather ingredients prior to the day of class. ,

  • Depending on your location, you can either pick you wine up at our Berwick location, have it delivered locally for $5 or have it shipped to your home. Shipping and handling charges will be in addition to the cost of the wine.

  • Class start time is 6pm sharp!

  • Class will be 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

  • Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. You can download Zoom at

  • You'll receive an email with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.

  • Login to the Zoom session prior to the start time—late attendees may not be admitted.

  • The following are included in your class:

    • Instruction

    • Prep materials

    • Shopping List

    • 2 bottles of wine to be used in food preparation and pairing during the meal

      • Recommend wine quantity for four participants
