You’ll begin by enjoying a charcuterie board while you cook, then move into preparing a decadent menu featuring a Caesar salad,creamy Tuscan chicken, white wine Parmesan risotto, and a rich chocolate truffle dessert. This five-course meal is thoughtfully paired with wine to complement each stage of the experience.
Throughout the evening, you’ll cook alongside the winemaker, learn techniques you can use at home, and enjoy each course as it comes together. You’ll leave not only having shared an unforgettable meal, but also with the recipes and instructions to recreate the dishes in your own kitchen.
